Insurance and Rates:

 

I do not accept insurance and do not participate on any insurance panels, therefore payment is expected at the time of service.  In the event that your insurance provider will reimburse you for services, I will provide an itemized bill after each session or on a monthly basis for you to submit to your carrier.  I will not be responsible for sbmissions or reimbursements and will provide financial assistance based on need and availablility at the time of service.
